I hate accounting; remind me why I have to do this again? A court may require an accounting (standard matter, or litigation?)Trust beneficiary(ies) may be entitled to an accounting. Accountings really are just a balancing equation. It’s just information presented in a particular format1 + A + B (“Total Charges”) = C + D + E (“Total Credits”)Where does an accounting begin? Assets on date of appointment - the “I&A” (“Inventory & Appraisal”)What gets included, and what doesn’t? How about multiple I&As? Or, from the prior accounting if there is one.
