You may have also heard about a lot of different updates about the CTA including recent FinCEN guidance and court decisions finding that the CTA was unconstitutional, but do you really know what it means for you as a professional fiduciary? This program will provide you with a general overview of the CTA, the current requirements for reporting companies, unique reporting obligations facing fiduciaries, and the status of California Senate Bill 1201 (the proposed new reporting requirements for companies organized or conducting business in California).
