Meeting Description:
Robert Taylor, an expert forensic accountant, and Catherine Swafford, an excellent probate and trust litigation attorney, will enlighten us on the when, why and how of a forensic accounting, the types of circumstances of when such an accounting is required (perhaps an unfunded Trust B?) and the types of conclusions that can be and are reached through a forensic accounting. The presentation will also provide tips on how we can avoid being the target of a forensic accounting.
