This presentation from the perspective of attorneys, CPA’s and private banking officers provides assistance and advice for fiduciaries to be operationally prepared for major disasters, inflation, and other forces that increase the risk of loss. The panel will cover the way that attorneys, fiduciaries, and CPA’s businesses have changed as a result of major disasters, and offer insight into business development related to outreach for those professions. The panelists will cover an action guide for handling emergency, life-threatening situations and provide a step-by-step checklist for protecting individuals and businesses before, during, and after major disasters. Specific examples and anecdotal advice will be covered on topics including deposit protection and FDIC limits, CDARS programs, and cyber security.
