Real Estate Contracts, Disclosures and Escrow Documents for Professional Fiduciary Sales Success

Description of the Meeting:
Most home buyers buy or sell one or two homes in their entire lives, while successful professional fiduciaries can be responsible for many real estate transactions in the course of their careers. Knowing what to ask for and how to use the right contracts, disclosure forms and escrow documents is a key aspect to protecting your clients and their assets in a real estate sale, while limiting your liability in the process. This presentation will cover all of the key forms used in successful fiduciary Probate, Trust or Conservatorship real estate transactions; as well as the proper utilization of those forms in the course of the listing, sales, court-confirmation and escrow process.

There will be a Mentor Meeting afterwards. This meeting is open to all those licensed, those in the process of getting their license, and those who are considering becoming a Fiduciary. We have at least one Professional Fiduciary who shares their experience and insights on topics such as business administration, trust, conservatorship, and probate procedure. They also share their personal experience on how to work with clients, peers, and other professionals. It's a great opportunity to ask questions, and meet others working within our industry.Please join us at the Council on Aging in Santa Rosa, and don't forget to park in the Trader Joe's parking lot across the street.
