What a LPS vs probate conservatorship is and how it can assist with treatment of people who have mental health issues. Donna Bogdanovich will review how and when a fiduciary can use the mental health system and what information is needed for families and clients.Gary Freeman-Harvey PhD will review the part he plays in evaluations for the mental health court proceeding, what he looks for and how he administers testing.Donna will review the coordination necessary for using an evaluator and what to do with the evaluation once it is complete.
