Meeting Title: Understanding Risk of Stroke and Risk Reduction Strategies
Meeting Description: Join us on February 13th to hear Dr. Jeffrey Newman speak about strokes. Dr. Newman is an adjunct professor in the UCSF Institute for Health and Aging and co-Director of the San Francisco Palliative Care Work Group. Dr. Newman is focused on brain health and will provide us with an overview of symptoms of strokes. He will also provide us with information on risk of stroke and risk reduction strategies. Dr. Newman enjoys conversation with the audience so please bring your cases that involve clients who have had strokes, and bring your questions!
Reminder: We have a walk in premium of $10.00 for all those who do not pre-register and attend the meeting as a walk-in the day of the event.
