Meeting Description:
Joseph Lee, an experienced special needs planning attorney, will teach us about the common mistakes trustees make in administering special needs trusts. The landscape is always changing. Even experienced fiduciaries need to stay on top of laws in the current environment.

Raymond Zakari from The Law offices of Liddle & Liddle, will be educating us on the changes coming our way following implementation of California's Tenant Protection act of 2019. Learn about California's new rent control law - who it affects and how it works.

Additional Information:
The drive into the location will take you through a city park. The location is in the lodge, near the driving range. Guests should plan to arrive between 11:30am and noon. Lunch will be buffet style, starting at noon. There will be meat and vegetarian options. The presentations will run back to back, with a small break in between. Come hungry for food and knowledge!
