Even though probate administration is not as common as trust estate administration, many individuals die with a Will and no trust. Some individuals die without an estate plan at all. Our speaker Teresa Green, Attorney At Law with the law firm Campbell Green LLP, will guide us through the probate process. We will learn about key deadlines and specific issues related to the probate process. She will walk us through all the elements of a probate.Ms. Green will provide information to help fiduciaries analyze a case to determine whether or not a fiduciary should accept a probate, especially if it is a contested probate.
Finally, Ms. Green will discuss the final steps including being discharged by the Court when the probate is completed.
