At this meeting Phil Barbaro, Jr. will review the all-important topics of deeds, types of deeds, vesting, liens, mechanic's liens, title issues, foreclosure and other real property issues that fiduciaries must be familiar with. Of special interest will be the new procedures under California Civil Code Section 2920.7 dealing with specials rules for foreclosure on a deceased borrower.
