Meeting Description:
A lunch meeting featuring highly respected and experienced Marin County fiduciary, Kim Schwarcz. Kim will be leading a review and group discussion on 4 of her personal case studies, with a focus on the ethics of the situation. She will discuss "what is the right thing to do?", while taking into consideration the case, the fiduciary's role and the related moral, ethical and legal principles used when having to make those kinds of difficult decisions. Since the West Bay Chapter is a brand new chapter, we are looking to collect direct feedback from you - our potential chapter members - at the meeting.
