National Master Guardian, Russ Marshall will present on the necessary and prudent legal and financial steps, as well as the importance of record keeping, ethical dealings with beneficiaries and assets. Protecting the fiduciary from liability is a must, not only for fiduciaries but for anyone who works with fiduciaries. You will also learn how to make better decisions and plans as a fiduciary, or tailor services towards fiduciaries, by understanding the unique position of the fiduciary.
