Between high-interest rates, buyers wanting concessions, sellers digging in on prices, and fixers and properties in marginal areas attracting fewer buyers and investors, fiduciaries and attorneys are finding themselves struggling to answer the Top-10 Burning Real Estate Questions for their clients. Probate agent Andrew de Vries will present an in-depth look at each of these important questions and provide a basis for answering these questions in the changed fiduciary real estate market for 2024 and beyond.
