Bryan has expertise working in the field of transitioning elderly clients from traditional 'at-home' settings to different levels of 'care-facility' living. Bryan will be exploring the pre-work that needs to be done in order to prepare families and clients for a move, comparing prices and looking 'beyond the curtains' at facility living. Additionally, he will be discussing best practices for transition and holding a care-facility accountability for giving quality care. Bryan will discuss the advocacy of the Ombudsman and other overseeing bodies, as well as tips for collaborating with the new team of support which surrounds your client.
